Grassroots Institute has been developing as a center of excellence for research, studies and assessments. A team of dedicated researchers and highly experienced expert associates performs the studies at or for the Grassroots Institute. GI usually partners or seeks partnership/collaboration with donor agencies, academic or research institutes, NGOs, universities and corporations for studies and research.

Impact Assessment and Participatory Monitoring

Impact Assessment and Participatory Monitoring are other two important functions of Grassroots Institute. Both are practiced in GI’s internal functioning and GIT-supported projects. Also the GI on getting sponsorship/ support undertakes Participatory Assessment and Monitoring (planning, execution or both) for many other organizations like funding agencies, NGOs, support agencies, etc.
