In-stock items take 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Out of stock items need to be handled on a individual basis. In this situation Grass Roots Global needs to contact the artisan to find out whether or not duplicates can be manufactured. If you would like to purchase an item that is either listed as "item sold out" or displayed on the Smateria website please email us and include the product #, name, colour and any other pertinent details.
We currently only ship to locations in Canada but exceptions can be made. Contact us if you are an international customer interested in purchasing our product.
Orders under $200 sent within Canada cost $7.50 for shipping. Orders over $200 are free of shipping charges when sent within Canada.
Shipping and handling is free of charge for orders shipped within Regina, Saskatchewan. Please contact Grass Roots Global via email at Grassrootsglobal2011@gmail.com and let us know which product you are interested in. In order for you to receive free shipping, Grass Roots Global will have to bypass the online Paypal payment method and instead collect a cash payment when we deliver the product to your door.
