Brief Bio

Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Ukraine).

Completed her PhD at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University on the means of legal regulation of air protection in the aspects of Ukrainian and International Environmental law, and continues her research on various aspects of environmental law, including air protection and climate change prevention.

Currently, teaches the course on Environmental Law of Ukraine and the course on International and European Environmental Law on the Joint Master's Degree program with Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania).

Co-author of several text books and study guides on various legal issues of environmental protection, author of more than 20 articles on legal aspects of air protection and climate change.

Active participant of numerous Ukrainian and international conferences.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the international journal ‘Journal of Environmental Law & Policy’ and official representative of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in partnership cooperation with The Grassroots Institute (Canada).
