Brief Bio
Prof. Dr. Liu Guanghua is the Director of both Lanzhou University Centre for Italy Studies and Lanzhou University Institute of Economic Law, Deputy Director of Lanzhou University Institute of Evidence-Based Social Science. He is also the part-time Professor both at the International University College of Torino in Italy and the School of Economic Law at South-West University of Political Science and Law, China.
Prof. Liu Guanghua acted as the Visiting Scholar to many universities, such as the University of California Hastings College of the Law in USA from 2004 to 2005, the Aix-en-Marseilles III University in France in 2007, the Law Center of Georgetown University in USA in 2010, the Law School of DongA University in Korea in 2009, the School of Psychology, Law and Social Work at Orebro University in Sweden in 2015.
He is a Member of some Chinese legal research associations, such as the China Law Society, the Associations of Economic Law Research and Social Law Research in China etc., and the Legal Council both for Gansu Provincial Government and Lanzhou Municipal Government. He has directed and participated in more than 20 national and local legal researches, and legislation projects.
Prof. Liu Guanghua is an author of more than 120 journal and book articles and conference presentations both in Chinese and in English.
