COST AND FEES

We are organizing the Summer Field School& Workshop for the benefit of students and scholars. There is no motif of raising our incomes behind organizing this program. A realistic costing is done so that the potential participants can bear the costs and our institutions also do not incur losses.

The amount of the fees and expenses to be paid directly to The Grassroots Institute is mentioned below.

Course Fee CAD 4200 or USD 3200
* The course fee will include the cost of teaching/training, accommodation, food, field trips, cultural excursion, etc.

How to Pay the Course Fee

The above total amount of fees and expenses will have to be paid by the selected participant after receiving the ‘Provisional Offer of Admission’. This amount is to be transferred into online bank account of The Grassroots Institute, the details of which will be given in the Provisional Offer of Admission. The admission to the Summer Field School & Workshop will be confirmed only on receipt of the above total amount of fees/charges within the deadline given in Provisional Offer of Admission.

Refund Policy

In case the program is canceled due to inevitable circumstances, the course fee received from the candidates or their respective institutions will be refunded back. However, a little amount of wire transfer charges may be deducted.

Other Expenses

Other expenses (approximate) to be borne directly by participant.

* Other expenses include international travel, local travel, local commuting charges and incidental expenses.
