REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Eligibility : Before proceeding for registration, please check your eligibility to participate this program. Please also decide in which category will you like to register. Participant Speaker or Participant Learner? Because there is NO specific Selection Committee, there will be direct admission to the program. Therefore, registration will be direct admission to the program. .
CATEGORY OF PARTICIPATION : There are two distinct categories of potential participants or delegates:
- Participant Speakers – These delegates will not only attend the program to learn but also present their papers or articles based on their original research or review or analysis. The participant speakers will have to submit their ABSTRACTS within the Registration Form.
- Participant Learners – These delegates will attend the program and learn by attending the sessions. They will not present any paper or article. Hence, they are not required to submit any Abstract.

NUMBER OF SEATS : This hybrid innovative program will have 100 seats only. The registration is direct admission. There is no admission selection system. Hence, admissions (registration) will be on “First Come First Served” basis.
REGISTRATION FEES: The registration fee includes the cost of teaching, learning, practical sessions, facilitation, participation kit, tea/coffee, refreshments, welcome dinner, and other logistic arrangements to hold this hybrid innovative program. This token fee amount is for all 5 days program including Certification. THERE IS NO EXTRA COST OR TUITION FEE.
[Cost of accommodation, food, travel and conveyance will be borne by the participants themselves. There will be some Travel Grants for deserving candidates; however, its availability will be dependent upon the sponsorships and funding. Those interested to apply for Travel Grant may please tick option in Registration Form.]

REGISTRATION FORM : The registration form can be filled and submitted in following steps:
Step.1
Please prepare your Abstract in advance using MS Word file. Keep this file ready before starting online registration form.

On the bottom of this page, there is link for REGISTRATION FORM . Here you will find payment options. You are required to pay the registration fee. There are two boxes having four options for the payment. Second box is applicable for paying from India in Indian Rupees. Payments from rest of the world can be done using first box having option of US currency.
Paying in USD by Credit Card : On the bottom of Registration Form, the LINK for online payment is mentioned by which you will go to Payment Option, and you will be asked to pay in USD by Credit Card. You will be redirected to Mera Events website where you can choose appropriate amount of Ticket (Registration Fee) and fill Online Registration Form. Once the payment is successful, you will receive an email from Payment Gateway (Mera Event) on registered email.
Paying in CAD or USD by WIRE Transfer : In case you have no possibility of paying by Credit Card and you wish to pay by WIRE Transfer, please contact us for our bank details. In this payment method, you need to DOWNLOAD the MS Word copy of Registration Form and send to us.
Paying in INR by Credit Card or Net Banking: On the bottom of Registration Form, the LINK for online payment is mentioned by which you will go to Payment Options, and you will be asked to pay in INR by Credit Card or Net Banking. Here you can opt Online Payment by Credit Card (with Online Registration Form) option. You will be redirected to Mera Events website where you can choose appropriate amount of Ticket (Registration Fee) and fill Online Registration Form. Once the payment is successful, you will receive an email from Payment Gateway (Mera Event) on registered email .
Paying in INR by NEFT or Bank Transfer/Deposit (for India only): On clicking Registration Form, you will also find payment option for those who can pay from India in Indian Rupees. Other option is to pay using NEFT or Bank Transfer/Deposit (with MS Word Registration Form) method. Bank account details along with IFSC code are given in the (MS Word) Registration Form, which can be DOWNLOADED.
Step.3
Please also note that you will be required to feed in the form several details, and you may copy and paste your Abstract in the form. Offline MS Word copy of the Form can be directly filled and be submitted by email.
On verification of your registration fee, our team will send by email a receipt of your application and confirm your registration.
