TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIPS

We are organizing the International Participatory Academy for the benefit of students and scholars. There is no motif of raising our incomes behind organizing this program.

Therefore, for this program there is NO COURSE FEE to be charged except the Registration Fee.

Refund Policy: In case the program is canceled due to inevitable circumstances, the Registration Fee received from the candidates or their respective institutions will not be refunded back. But it will be adjusted in another similar program.

To enable the deserving candidates to participate the program, we will offer some Travel Scholarships.

Travel Scholarships (covering international travel, local travel). The costs of international travel and/or local travel will be covered under this scholarship. Accommodation and Visa Fee and incidental expenses will not be covered under this scholarship.

*Number of available scholarships will depend on the sponsorship by the donors and sponsors.

How to Apply for Travel Scholarship?

The applicant needs not to apply separately for the scholarship. In online application system, the applicant needs to opt the scholarship option.

Selection for Scholarship

The Scholarships Selection Committee will screen the applicants for the eligibility of scholarship. The decision of the Committee will be final. The decision for scholarship application will also be communicated to the applicants 1-2 months before the program.
