Since 2015 to date, I mainly engaged in the development and application research of novel yeasts, including the antibacterial properties of antagonistic yeast, and the exploitation of the health effects of yeast extracts. In addition, researches on the health effects and nutritional characteristics of yak milk are also being carried out, we have established a long-term cooperative relationship with local yak milk enterprises, aiming to jointly promote the development of the industry by solving key issues in this field.
