Brief Bio
Dr. Ruchi Ramesh is currently working as Associate Professor of Sociology in the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh and presently posted at R.K.M.V. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. She is serving the department since 1995.
She is actively involved in teaching and research work. She’s been associated with many projects funded by international agencies like German Development Bank, Asian Development Bank and World Bank. She has many national and international publications to her credit and reviewer of four national and two international research journals.
Dr. Ruchi Ramesh, is founder President of Sociological Society, Himachal Pradesh, life member of International Sociological Association, Life member of Indian Sociological Society and Social Science and Humanities Association.
