Brief Bio

I completed Ph.D. (Forestry) with over 7 years of experience as Agricultural Supervisor, Research & Development, Quality Control. I also did MBA in Digital Marketing and Finance worked as a CEO in Brahmaputra Forest Products Assam India during 2019 to 2021. During this period, I worked for grassroots people to enhance their livelihood. Due to this extraordinary work Indian Achiever’s Forum felicitated by Best CEO Award in 2020. I worked as a Trainer with Agriculture Skill Council of India under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Vikas Yojana. I also worked with South Asia Pacific Organization as a Bamboo Grower and Bamboo Products Developer to help grassroots and to enhance their income from miraculous plant. I felicitated by Young Scientist Award from InSc Bangalore. I am member of many international and national societies.

• Led Research & Development activities involving setting up, calibrating, operating & maintaining documents as per specifications / requirements.
• Strong exposure in assuring that all developed products / processes have represented the maximum quality & reliability attainable by establishing effective quality control inspections & corrective procedures
• Excellence in formulating & maintaining analytical research objectives complementary to corporate policies / customer demands.
• Gathered fair understanding in industrial data analysis, producing reports, listing, tables, case report tabulations, summaries & graphs.
• Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilising it in a productive manner
• Manage public and private forested lands for economic, recreational, and conservation purposes. Introduced the type, amount, and location of standing timber, appraise the timber's worth, negotiate the purchase, and draw up contracts for procurement. Determined how to conserve wildlife habitats, creek beds, water quality, and soil stability, and how best to comply with environmental regulations.
• Developed plans for planting and growing new trees, monitor trees for healthy growth, and determine optimal harvesting schedules. Planned and supervise forestry projects, such as determining the type, number and placement of trees to be planted, managing tree nurseries, thinning forest and monitoring growth of new seedlings. Choose and prepare sites for new trees, using controlled burning, bulldozers, or herbicides to clear weeds, brush, and logging debris.
• Provided advice and recommendations, as a consultant on forestry issues, to private woodlot owners, firefighters, government agencies or to companies. Developed new techniques for wood or residue use. Contacted local forest owners and gain permission to take inventory of the type, amount, and location of all standing timber on the property. Procure timber from private landowners.
